Pre-Construction
Sourcing, pricing expertise, and value engineering excellence are the foundation of our estimating team as they meticulously review drawings and specifications necessary to prepare accurate project proposals. Each project is reviewed for material availability, current lead times, compliance with local codes, safety requirements and skilled labor staffing needs so that, once awarded, there’s a seamless transition to our skilled Project Management Team.
Project Management
Our skilled Project Management team begins each job with a thorough submittal process. We work diligently with Architects, Contractors and Owners to ensure materials meet specs and design intent and are realistic for fabrication and installation. Once confirmed, materials are procured and fabrication sheets and cut lists are sent to our professional, safe, and organized fabrication shop to begin the transformation from raw material to your finished product. We work closely with our Field Superintendent and Foremen until the construction is complete and the project is punched.
