Safety ALWAYS comes first! We strive for accident-free jobsites and fabrication facilities. Every team member has a role to play in creating a safe place to work. As a result, our Experience Modification Rate (EMR), a rating system used by insurers to gauge risk of on-site injury, is .72, significantly below industry averages. We continually improve our processes through an organized safety and risk management approach that employs the following:

Creation of site specific safety plans to address the risks of each project
Specific safety orientation required for everyone working on the jobsite
Daily pre-task safety planning process for all crews
Weekly, documented, jobsite safety inspections conducted by dedicated Safety Coordinator
Safety education and training goals for all Grizzly Glass employees
